Action of each Ingredient
Antimonium Crudum:
Loss of appetite. Desire for acids, pickles. Thirst in evening and night. Eructation tasting of the ingesta. Heartburn, nausea, vomiting. Gastric and intestinal complaints from bread and pastry, acids, sour wine.
Belladonna:
Loss of appetite. Averse to meat and milk. Spasmodic pain in epigastrium. Constriction; pain runs to the spine. Nausea and vomiting. Great thirst for cold water. Spasms of stomach.
Colocynthis:
Very bitter taste. Tongue rough, as from sand, and feels scalded. Canine hunger. Feeling in my stomach as if something would not yield; drawing pain.
Colchicum Autumnale:
Dry mouth, tongue burns, gums and teeth pain. Thirst, pain in stomach and
flatulence. The smell of food causes nausea even to fainting, especially fish. Great coldness in stomach. Pain in the transverse colon.
Natrum Phos:
Sour eructation, sour vomiting, greenish diarrhoea. Spits a mouthful of food.
Nux Vomica:
Constipation, with frequent ineffectual urging, incomplete and unsatisfactory.
Robinia:
Dull, heavy aching. Nausea, sour eructations, profuse vomiting of an intensely sour fluid. Great distention of stomach and bowels.
Millefolium:
Great pain in the pit of the stomach. After operations for stone. Bad effects from fall from a height; overlifting.
Dosage:
15 – 20 drops three times a day with water or as prescribed by the physician
