Action of each Ingredient
Sabal Serrulata:
Prostatic enlargement, epididymitis, and urinary difficulties, discharge of prostatic fluid. Constant desire to pass water at night. Organs feel cold.
Pareira Brava:
Useful in renal colic, prostatic affections, and catarrh of bladder. Sensation as if bladder were distended, with pain. Constant urging; great straining; pain down thighs during efforts to urinate. Can emit urine only when he goes on his knees, pressing head firmly against the floor. Dribbling after micturition.
Clematis Erecta:
Urine emitted drop by drop. Inability to pass all the urine; dribbling after urinating. Pain worse at night, pain along the spermatic cord.
Pulsatilla Nig:
Urine passed only in drops, and stream interrupted (Clemat). Acute prostatitis. Pain and tenesmus in urinating, worse lying on back.
Conium Mac:
Much difficulty in voiding. It flows and stops again. Interrupted discharge. Dribbling during old age.
Thuja Occidentalis:
Pain and burning felt near the neck of bladder, with frequent and urgent desire to urinate. Prostatic enlargement.
Chimaphila Umbellata:
Loss of prostatic fluid. Prostatic enlargement and irritation.
Dosage:
15 – 20 drops three times a day with water or as prescribed by the physician.
Side effect: No known side effect or contra indication.
